crash on startup after updating nistune

i just tried to update to 1.3.41, and the new rom and FP files, but now nistune just crashes on startup. won't open at all. tried uninstalling and reinstalling 1.3.36, and the new rom and FP, but it's the same.
rebooting didn't help.
i sent a few crash reports.

If you look at the registry

I’ve seen a bunch of crash reports with these set to low values, due to a problem with the installer writing bad stuff. Set these both to 0 for a temporary fix

I've put up a new installer and check for this issue now in 1.3.42
