rb20det "fuel recover"?

what exactly does this table do? i'm guessing it's similar to throttle tip-in fuel?

When throttle is released, depending on amount of RPMs/temp the fuel is cut (stops injecting). Once fallen below certain level then fuel recovers and starts injecting again

As per documentation this is done to improve economy and prevent harmful emissions
