Move 3d graph options to bottom of 3d graph.

I see that the "Shaded" and "Filled" options displayed on the bottom of the 2d fuel and timing maps only affect the 3d graph display. This could be confusing. I think they should be moved to the bottom of the 3d graph or somehow seperated to make it obvious what they are for.

i cant put it on the 3D graph very easily because the window is a graphic, not a dialog box. i can put a box around those items perhaps to separate them
