Tuning Suggestions for my BNR32

Cut to the chase, my biggest problem right now is the throttle tip in, on a slight push sends the AFR super lean and makes the car bog. What do you suggest adjusting to smooth this out? The throttle is 90mm.
Here are the details of what I am running: BNR32, N1 engine, stock 2.6L bore, stock compression, 264/272 cams 10.2mm lift, GTK-850 (T72) single turbo, 1000cc injectors, upgraded intake manifold w/ single 90mm throttle, HKS VPC&GCC.
Just got the car started a few days ago - first start up was pretty difficult but now things are going pretty well. Cold start is a little rough but key start only is fine, it doesn't need any help. Some warm starts need a few blips of the throttle initially but after that it is fine. I am pretty pleased at this point considering I am only getting about -7psi of vacuum due to the cams.
The problem that I have is when driving a slight push of the gas / throttle causes a big lean spot which bogs the engine - due to 90mm throttle.
What should I adjust to get the ecu to dump more fuel on a slight throttle push?
Any suggestions on what else to adjust for my set up?
I am still in the break-in period for my engine so this is all driveability related.
