Re: R34 A502 and Injection adjust
...However I will be adding in the next version an 'injection divisor' which is available for NEO ECUs (which does not require feature pack) It will allow changing the injection time (without affecting TP) from 0.5x - 8x injection so is good for rescaling from 370CC to 740CC injectors without touch...

Re: ECU with enabled VE map-fuel issues
I downloaded Matt's new Workshop Training Notes and need a bit more clarification. I have a '95 KA24DET ecu with a calum daughterboard for reference. So The VE Map is accessed on top of the fuel table when the TPS is below [/u] the line in the Alpha/N Increase Fuel map, correct? Once above the TPS l...

Re: Volumetric Efficiency Load Scale Question
Do any of those VE tuning concepts work for Nistune? I.E. generating a VE map, I would be terribly afraid to run my (turbo) car through the whole map range without the maf connected.UNISA JECS wrote:Some good information
Or is basically the idea to tune the ecu until the LTFTs then the STFTs stay near zero?

Re: question in regard to s14 VE map (ka*t)
I realise this is probably way late for the previous poster, but I have managed to tune successfully by using the VE map. My Primary fuel map is set up for what I like to consider my ideal fuel ratios. I then adjusted my VE map until the the real world AF values matched my fuel map. http://img4.imag...

Re: Nistune 0.10.16 Release
Version 0.10.16 Release...Autotune VE map [Note: This has been disabled*]... *VE map auto tune has completed implementation but in vehicle testing tonight showed it does not behave as expected. Adjusting the VE map where the maptrace cursor sits do not adjust injection time/AFRs as expected with O2...

S14 KA24DE address file
Whatever formula that displays the primary fuel map in units of target air/fuel ratio is wrong. A raw value of 128 is displaying a target air/fuel value of 29.4 where I believe it should be showing 14.7. Also in the base SR20_KA24_512 file, the addresses for TTP min and max are reversed. TTPMax is E...

Thanks for looking into this for me. One note of comment: I have tried connecting the wideband first but when the consult is connected it stops the wideband from reading. I then have to disconnect and reconnect the wideband to get it to read again...the reconnecting as I mentioned only seems to work...

Difficulty connecting to LM-1
Recently I have been having issues with getting Nistune to connect with my LM-1. I am currently using version 0.9.3.6.1, the serial cable that came with my LM-1, and a serial to usb converter. I have been using this converter succesfully with logworks for the past three years. When I initially plug ...
