If you agree that you need to adjust TP for boost, you not only need to rescale TP for fuel and timing, but then also find that your VCT, O2 feedback, Knock feedback, throttle enrichment etc are all operating from the previously configured TP scales, then you need to adjust TP for all of those too....

Wow, wasn't here for a long time. Deep discussions here as I see. mtnickel, you've got what I meant. I fully agree with your conclusions.

Fuel dampers (2 pcs.) are not removed. AEM fuel pressure gauge shows no falls here. Fuel pressure sensor is on Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator which stands instead stock one.
Injectors were checked before installation.
But what about going slightly deccel here with good AFR?

I mean, are you 100% sure that "Injection Time" showed by Nistune is really true? What if it's all about NEO ECU with it's speciality?

Yes, I feel it like coil/plug cutting. But why it is just on a certain RPMs...

If I saw injection time going lower (lean) at the same time then I would say tuning issue but ECU injection output appears fine
