Hey guys, have a quick question about the factory RB25DET NEO map as im currently revising my tune before skyline nationals.
I was wondering if anybody knows what each factory TP value is in vacuum/psi on the factory map. Ive marked where i think 0psi is however i may be wrong. If i could get this confirmed or a photo marked with vac/psi values to there correct TP values that would be awesome. Im not sure if this is able to be emulated / bench tested to figure it out.
Also i was wondering on a different note why my consult gauge of TP is only showing the larger value not the indexed value. (the value e.g [54] )

Re: R34 Rb25DET NEO map question
There is now a separate indexed gauge TP IDX which is the index to this map
TP = VQ lookup [MAF] / RPM * K constant
As your airflow increases, it will increase. As your RPMs increase it will decrease
TP does not match upto air pressure so it cannot be scaled like that.

Re: R34 Rb25DET NEO map question
I see actually didnt know this thanks Matt,
I do have one other question which i only just found out, VCT on the neo is triggered by TP as well as RPM, what does everybody usually do after TP has been rescaled from bigger injectors and Z32, is there a correct way of calculating the new value for the VCT TP enable? Mine kicks in at about 3psi according to 'VCT SOL' check light

Re: R34 Rb25DET NEO map question
Depending on the amount of TP movement, adjust the VCT TP by the same amount. So if K constant is adjusted by say +30% then add this to VCT TP
Re: R34 Rb25DET NEO map question
Add? I thought substract. So if K constant is adjusted by say +30% then add this to VCT TP
Re: R34 Rb25DET NEO map question
If K constant increases 30%, then TP increases 30% so the correct adjustment for other TP related parameters and indexes would be also +30%
