buddy club V con

Post by sky_r33 »

I'm using an r32 ecu on my R33 Gtst RB25DET, I'm trying to install the buddy club V Con and don't really know where to connect the wires ( I know the power 12V and the ground) but what about the rest?

I cant really help with this one since I never have used one. However what are the wires which the buddy club requires.

What cant you find matching on the ECU pin for this unit?

I got this info from the Honda guys..

1)splice orange/white vtec signal wire
2)attach grey wire from buddy club- vtec input (orange/white wire)
3)attach yellow wire - vtec output (orange/white) the other end of the vtec signal wire
4)attach black wire - black wire (ground)
5)attach green wire -rpm signal (red/green)
6)attach red wire - yellow/black (ignition power)

I would assume orange/white and - output would go to your VTC solenoid

Ground and ignition power are easy (end power wires on your Nissan ECU) and RPM signal would be the CAS 1 degreee input on your Nissan ECU (normally green striped wire)
