bought new laptop having troubles getting started

hi all,

I'm a bit of a noobie to all things computer, i've just hooked up a new laptop and can't get nistune to recognize me. Am i entering the wrong info. I'm entering my user name, email address and key i think is that {EF2765DC-F72B-443A-9536-XXXXXXXXXXXX} clump of numbers and letters am i correct?
Can someone out there point me in the right direction?

Make sure you enter your name and email address is CASE SeNsiTiVe so if in the email you received from Nistune your name starts with a Capital Letter, then that's how you need to enter it into nistune for registration.

i.e

"MrBenno" is not seen the same as "Mrbenno" for registration purposes.
