Sources for DLP A/D with cheap shipping?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone have a source for the DLP 8 channel A/D USB boards?

The only places I've been able to find all charge an absolute fortune for shipping - digi-key, mouser onlinecomponents.com...

I believe these are the boards supported as a data source in nistune for Wideband plus a bunch of other aux sensors.
