DLP IO8 G with 0-5v AFR.. stuck on AFR 9.00 ?

Post by Shaun »

Hi Matt, All

Not sure if this is a 0.10.x issue, but I'm having trouble getting my DLP IO8 G to get an AFR reading in the display...

I've attached a voltage divider to the board (2x 10k resistors) to get a ~2.5v signal into pin 1, and that seems to be working if I query the board directly with putty.

However, in Nistune, the AFR is stuck at 9.00.

Ive used the example afr1.csv, rolled my own, tried with and without padding to 4 digits for the mV value (ie, 0500 and 500), but no matter what I do it seems to be stuck at 9.00.

Am I doing something wrong?

I'm doing this on the test bench, so no active consult connection to the ECU - I'd imagine this isn't the problem given the AUX values float around a little.

I've attached screenshots and a debug log.

This happens both with Windows XP and windows 7.

Cheers!

Just as a followup, this seems to work with the 0.9.14.22, but is broken with 0.10.5.

Yes the interpolation flag for AFR on this unit was set to false in the 0.10.x version

I've enabled it now and will put that out in the next release (very soon)

Tested against LC-1 5V output on Innovate unit

AFR
0000,7.35
5000,22.39
