Looking at a stock bin for a US KA24DE 240sx.
In the fuel map Nissan runs a target afr of 15.52 in a cell (Low TP and low RPM) with the O2 flag activated. My understanding is the O2 flag will always try to stay at an afr of 14.7.
Why even bother putting in 15.52 when the O2 flag is going to try to pull it to 14.7 anyway?
I just wanted to know how the ECU handle's this?
I have a question, Fuel Map with O2 flag

Re: I have a question, Fuel Map with O2 flag
afaik that number is just a rough estimation based on the ECU calculations of K constant and TP etc.
normally i wont look at the target AFR tables, just use the wideband and tune using RAW values

When not using O2 closed loop mode it will read that number and use it as part of the overall injection calculation
