How do you tune fuel maps!?!? Please help, major issues.

This has been one headache after another. Car is pretty much stock with a Z32 and bolt ons. After loading the stock 50F00 bin file, I change the MAF and the K Constant jumps to 37000ish thousand. This will NOT start my car. 60000ish K Constant will, but once car is warm, AFRs are 8-8.5, so I must bring the K down to around 21000 to bring my AFRs to 14-15. This in turn will not allow the car to rev above 1000rpms because there is not enough fuel through the RPM band. So, with that being said, how can I pull fuel in the fuel maps while leaving my K Constant at 60000? I've read the user guides several times and they have been no use to me. Crank enrich does nothing for me. I've had 0-30 degrees at 120% with no luck. Also, vacuum is way to high at idle, 10in Hg. Motor has new Wiring Specialties harness and new CAS. Any help is appreciated!

Can you post your BIN so far, and what injectors are you running?
