Image files?

car specs:
91 Maxima (J30)
VG30E motor
Nistune version 0.10.12

So the Nistune board in my ECU is listed as 87E00.
The image files listed that i see as being closest are:

J30_VG30_1991_BaseMaxima
J30_VG30_87E00_MT

The car is an auto transmission...does the MT mean it's for manual transmission?
Does it matter? should I pull the image from the ECU that was loaded to get started instead?

Did you change the vehicle ECU at some point? You have a manual ECU installed in an auto vehicle it sounds like

J30_VG30_87E00_MT is what you need to use for that particular ECU but really should be using a 87E10 AT ECU

We dont have that image. Manual one should be fine the main difference is the fuel cut/recover adjustment and injection limit tables are slightly different (to avoid backfiring in a manual)

hmmmm it's always been the same ECU.
i assume the wrong image file being used will cause weird connection issues?

I'll just use the 87E00_MT image then.
