Any quick/easy way to copy 16k tune into a 32k bin file ?

Post by rmp459 »

I have a tune that I am trying to use, but it is from a type-2 board for a Z32 VG30DETT. I have a newer ECU and a type 3 board that uses a 32k bin file. Aside from going in and making the appropriate changes manually, is there an easy way to make this conversion between the two so I can use the proper address file ?

Problem with the 32K file is that there are fuel and VE tables. 16K file only has fuel

You need to open two copies of Nistune if you were to do this. One copy has 16K address file and image. Second copy has 32K address file and image

Make sure File > Configuration > Filtered tables is off (prevents raw cut/paste)

Select each table (CTRL-A) and then copy (CTRL-C) and paste (CTRL-V) into second copy for tables you need
