Locating this adress file
I've also been working on fixing therich tip-in on an S13 KA24DE with 370cc injectors. FWIW, "Increase Fuel" didn't changeAFRsatall.
What did make a difference was an address that isn't included in the standard file @ 0230. It has something to do with actual TPS voltageenrichment on fast movement. It "adds" TP, you can see in consultwhen modifyingthe table. After taking a chunk out of these values I noticed that once cruising and stabbing the throttle AFRs no longer went down so low. Try this.
I haven't played around too much with the new table but still have an issue at idle. When punching the throttle, it bogs down to ~9 for a second and catches up.
Just wondering how I can do this to help my a/f at tip in.

Re: Locating this adress file
'Increase Fuel' will just specify the point at which the TPS makes the ECU jump to the last column of the fuel map to increase fuel on acceleration
0230 table (which is included in the base file) is TPS Enrichment Trigger
0230 table (which is included in the base file) is TPS Enrichment Trigger
If punching the throttle and seeing this, for those RPMs try leaning out the last column of the fuel map and see if it has effectTPS_ENRICHMENT_TRIGGER,&H0230,16,1,16,1,TPS volts before using fuel maps

Are these values correct?
Re: Locating this adress file
That doesnt look right. What image file have you got open there?
ALT-PRINTSCN will get you a screenshot to paste into mspaint and save

Re: Locating this adress file
All I have is my phone for internet if there is way I can post it with my phone ill do that. But those are the stock values from what's in Nistune. I have the s14 ka base map.
Re: Locating this adress file
no probs didnt realise
btw most smartphones you can tether your phone to the PC via cable (eg iPhone or Android [Galaxy etc]) to get internet on your PC I do that whilst travelling when WIFI isnt available and works a treat
I've got it on my checking list. Had a look tonight and code is different between S13/S14 KA24DE perhaps the mapping for this table has moved

Yeah if I was still rooted I would be able to. Unfortunately I'm not and my cell company charges to tether! But I was thinking I could just hook my ish into my computer and transfer the file that way, what all do you want a screen shot of? Ok thanks Matt ill just wait to see what you find out.
Re: Locating this adress file
No more screenshot required. I need to look into the S14 code further. Usually the tables between S13/S14 are similar addresses but this one breaks that rule

Re: Locating this adress file
Hey Matt were you able to look into this any for me?
Re: Locating this adress file
Still on my list. Will look next week. Just getting this release done this week
Re: Locating this adress file
What I've found with these is the VE tables are used to adjust for acceleration changes (ie changes in volumetric efficiency) so try adjusting those points where you need more fuel in a block and let me know how that goes. Explains why these tables arent in the later model ECUs
