0.10.13R VTC flag

testing VTC and connected in tunner mode doesn't red flag the VTC on consult diplay. connected in logger mode it shows perfect when on and off.
is this right ?

ECU does not report to Nistune in tuner mode when Control flags 2,3,4 are changed. I've made modifications in 0.10.14 to read the registers like stream mode does to update these flags. So problem already found and fixed
