com will not stay commected

ok i have a new issuse if the car is not running nistune will stay connected to ecu but after i start the car it loses connection
a message poped up that said something about PIN not connected and another massage about wrong ecu type
please help

I've had this as well dude, ensure the ecu is well grounded etc. what I have also found is if you hit the consult on your laptop and disconnect and start up then connect it seems to work better!
