Noob ADR file question

Hi all, I'm new here so apologies if this is in the wrong area or has been answered elsewhere ...

I recently had my type 1 ECR33 RB25DET tuned, and the tuner installed a type 2 nistune board into a z32 (41p03) ECU. Also installed 550cc injectors and z32 MAF at the same time.

Since then I have connected to the ECU to have a look around but wanted to make sure I am using the correct ADR file / values.

I'm using the z32 ADR file that matches the ECU part number, and have uploaded the mapped tables into Nistune directly from the ECU .. .but I want to know if I have to change the injector size value directly in the ADR file in order to read the already tuned map tables correctly? I wasn't sure if I changed the Injector size within Nistune whether it would change the already tuned values or not?

If the tune has been adjusted for injector size it affects the 'injection multiplier' so there is no need to lookup or change anything if you are just looking at it after tuning with that setup
