AFR MIN/MAXIMUM limits

I'm just curious, on my fuel maps the richest I can adjust tune is 7.38 and the leanest being 14.7. Now I've noticed on some random Nistune fuel maps that I've downloaded online... that there is no minimum or maximum limit or it just has a wider range all together, why is that ? is there a way to unlock those min/maximum limits?

you can do leaner than 14.7 if o2 feedback is turned on. It means, change to raw values view and in the fuel map set something between 128 and 255, so it will be lean, but its o2 feedback range
