Minor bugs Version 1.2.36

Hi Matt:

I have a couple of minor bugs with Version 1.2.36, and maybe you can try to replicate them.

I tried installing this version on my desktop, to analyze my maps while at home, and after installing the ROM packs 1.1 and 2.0, it keeps asking for the ROMs pack every time I initiate the program. This doesn't happen with version 1.2.35, which is the one I have in my laptop.

The other bug is related to the Consult Log View. Once I click on expand in order to use the "Consult Split Log View" the graphs on this windows are off by 1 or 2 "X" axis coordinates.

I had the previous version,
then followed the prompts and upgraded over the top and the second time I launched it..

same again. just clicked "no" to the upgrades and Nistune opens all ok.


Also MAF HP ratings have changed back to the old numbers.

Also MAF change moves Kconst (loaded FP address & Bin for 11U1F) but Nistune warns the Injection multiplier is changing.

Fix reading ROM_IMAGE_PATH location when checking for ROM pack updates

MAF were rescaled to previous scalings as per this thread:

Okay I've changed 'injection multipiler' to 'load multiplier' in translation_english_ansi.ini for the next version
