0.91121 has been uploaded with some more updates

10557 Techedge not working/displaying updates in 0.9111d
10440 SR20 display filter change 0.9112 affecting R32 RB20
Changes to reduce wideband speed by taking out a sleep cycle caused other problems with wideband not receiving all serial events. Caused problems with units such as TechEdge on slower machines

Tested out on my win98 laptop using TechEdge, Consult and Emulator serial coms with a small delay introduced and works again now

0.91122 now available

Fix to DLP A/D converter to report AFRs correctly now

Also added address file VERSION parameter. The version number will be reported in the top title bar. If the address file doesnt have a version number then just 0 will be displayed

As address files are updated version numbers will increases and notification will be made on the forums of the latest version

Latest software version also has restrictions for Individual Users license now implemented. Real time tuning is locked to the first 3 x Address files and 5 x different ECU IDs used with NIStune

These restrictions do not apply to the unlimited use Tuners License

You can still perform normal map editing and consult logging display and usual connectivity if you exceed these limits, just the real time portion is capped so that workshops who tune commercially use the correct license

This also opens the possibility for address files to become more freely available in the future

IAT works beautifully on the U12, thanks.

However battery voltage remains fixed at 11.99 volts and does not change.

Hi Ken

Can you please email me through a description of the exact problem you are seeing (eg. does not connect or no display update in data) and a log with only the TechEdge enabled (ie no consult data)?

File-Configuration-Debug Logging

Log files saved to C:\Program Files\NIStune\logs\*.log

I did a code compare between 0.9110 and 0.9111 and found the problem which was causing no data received onl slower machines... so pulled out the change and made the timing loop run faster.

Checked it with WinXP and Win98 prior to releasing so I'm suprised its not working. The log will let me know whats going on. I'll get it resolved this week before your current version expires

I'll look into the battery value in USB consult also. Dont have a KA24E ECU to test so I'll have to try it out on CA18/R31.

Assume this worked fine in 0.9110?

The messages that do come up are to fast to see, then it comes up with no communication. i captured a screen shot and have attached that and the log file.
It is configured for the correct port, works on the earlier versions of nistune and has no trouble connecting to com port 3 with tewblog and WBconfig.

Thanks Matt

It hasn't worked in the last 2 releases, if my memory serves me correctly.

Actually I have a S13 240SX KA24E ECU here still to get working... I'll see how that goes with the battery voltage on that. It must be getting some reading to get that figure. But it stays steady? never updates?

Ken - I did another file compare and noticed that I didn't remove one of my 'extra' changes out of the code. This has now been removed and I have put up a test version 0.91122a in the release area

I cant try it out until Tuesday but if you are able to give it a shot at all earlier then it might work out for you okay...

As notepad is just within my capabilities I thought I'll give it a go myself :D
But there is no such line in my address file:
#Feedback control
FB_SWITCH,&Hxxxx,1,1,1,1,Feedback control
so nothing to edit, or should I insert it somewhere?
