importing Maps in to an FP bin

Hi Matt,
The option to choose which MAPS get imported is handy as many items were corrected for TP.

Now total injection pulse width is available, there would be few instances where importing every map is needed.

e.g changed MAF and Injectors, cold start tables are modified to suit but after Total Inj PW is changed instead of Kconst, Cold start table needs to be reverted back to stock and therefore a choice during the importation to a FP bin would be helpful.
