ER34 GTT and Siemens Deka IV 60lb

Post by DistSynth »

Hi everyone!

I'am stuck with my tune and need help :(

Specs:
RB25DET NEO
Holset HX30 turbo with tial wastegate (wented to air)
Z32 MAF
Greddy like intake manifold
HKS SSQV
Aeromotive fuel regulator
Tomei fuel pump
Siemens Deka IV 60lb/630cc injectors FI114961
GTR intercooler
Innovate LC-2 wideband oxygen sensor (connected to ECU like narrowband)

In my tune:
K - 581 (i set it few yaers ago, before injectors was installed)
TID - 54431
Injection latency - 1000 (but in injectors spec it must be 640us)
O2 feedback is off

If i set latency to 640us AFR is about 17-18.
On idle AFR can be between 14 and 16. Car can stall after 0.3 Bar of boost (if boost will be 0.7 Bar car stall 100%), but before i install injectors all things was ok.

I would lower the latency for those injectors down to about 700uS... as that seems rather high for that size injector

What is cruise AFR like with those settings?

AFR on cruise is about 13.5 — 14.
I think it's too rich.

You may need to increase TID further to make it run better

With NEO engines there is no Min TP table, so sometimes I increase the lower end of the VQ map to add more fuel around idle
