Kmon v2 analogue out into Nistune?

Kmon v2 analogue out into Nistune?

Gizzmo Kmon has a 0-4.5V analogue out, how difficult would it be to push that into Nistune for logging? I would need an analogue to digital/serial converter, but could one of the wideband input types be used to get something displayed?
