what does this do for the ecu. my rb25det neo has this map what does it control?

Is used to control the evap purge control valve in the engine. Appears to be a duty cycle controlled table which is used to vent recirculated airflow off idle

could this be repurposed to control a boost solenoid?

i seem to remember that my engine came with an oem boost solenoid, but i don't see any way of controlling it in nistune... unless i'm missing something.

I've repurposed this for boost control with Feature Pack 2 firmware for NEO ECUs (R34 and WC34 Stagea S2)
