I think I may have messed up the wiring or maybe the tune is incorrect. My MAF voltage is sitting just over 5V with the key on and I believe from another post I read it is supposed to be at .03-.05V. What did I do wrong?
I know this is not very detailed so please let me know if there is any more information needed.
Btw this is what I followed to wire it:
NOT USED-Wire 1 – Input Air Temp N/C
NOT USED-Wire 2 – Input Air Temp N/C
Wire 3 – MAF out (Signal)
NOT USED-Wire 4 – MAF return (Signal ground)
Wire 5 – GND (Ground)
Wire 6 – PWR (12V power)

Grab a multimeter and check your wiring with that
If you test GND and PWR then there should be 12V with ignition on
When you measure the signal wire (MAF out) it should read about 0.3-0.5V

Okay I checked the voltage with the plug un plugged from the MAF and I got correct readings across but when I plugged it in I got 8.6V on ground, 7.6V on signal and 12V on power. Something is clearly wrong with wiring it seems. I connected ground to the black cable, power to the red cable and signal to the blue cable. Not used were gray and brown.

I think I will ground the signal ground and also check my main grounding points and see if this fixes my issue. If you have any idea please let me know, I would love to see this thing running on its by the weekend even if it is a lumpy/high idle.

I'm not even sure what engine/vehicle you are wiring this to... You should not have 8.6V on ground?!
You can connect both HPXN1 grounds together (but only really need the signal ground)

The hot side was feeding back in the ground. Once I grounded that wire I mentioned the issue was resolved. RB25 motor in a S14 chassis. Z32 ECU.
To sum up, issue resolved with the additional wire grounded.
