Blinking Codes (Some Think Diagnostic code)

Hey, weird issue, have been looking into it for the past few days, Attached is a video of my check engine light blinking diagnostic codes, Replicating the ECU Red and Green LED, which both flash together the same codes as the check engine light. https://youtu.be/PYaPcDh1DNg

Nistune Consult Shows no codes

I seen a post in the forum about another person with the same issue, ended up that Ecu needed the green wires tied together (I’ve tried this as well same issue).

I have tried De energizing the capacitors in the Ecu by touching the battery cables together for a while – no luck

The car runs ok and drives (Just started street tuning it the other day, Running de-capped LS 5.3 Injectors)

I’m pretty sure something in the ECU is messed as I have tried different Rom Packs and base tunes, in hopes you have an idea?

Dash CEL connected to LED output from ECU by mistake. Can be disconnected since S13 CA18DET ECU does not have CEL output

LED codes may be have triggered by adjusting TPS trigger voltage from 0 to 5100 or similar.
