Possible Corrupt ECU Image?

Possible Corrupt ECU Image?

I have an 88 300zx with a type 1 board installed. When I try to get my laptop to connect with the nistune board, I get the error message "Possible corrupt ECU Image." I thought I was following the instructions exactly and am not really sure what the problem is. Sorry if its a newb question, I just cannot figure out how to get started. Any help would be appreciated.
