I am getting the subject message, i.e.,:
CONSULT not connected!! COM1 spare; COM3 spare (COM1 is used by AEM wideband and COM3 is for the Consult/Nistune).
Here is my setup:
R32 Skyline with RB20DET ECU
Using PLMS USB Consult cable
Nistune - latest version (updated on July 30, 2008)
I have successfully used Nistune and this very cable for 3 months until July 10, 2008. After that, I didnt need to use it for around 3 weeks. Now yesterday, when I did try to connect, it wouldn't work.
The Nistune software loads up, but consult is not connecting. Is it a software issue or cable or hardware (Nistune board in the ECU)? I posted two log files in the general discussion section for Matt and others to see, so please help.
The car seems to be running pig rich under all load levels. I need to change that.
