nistune not connecting

nistune will not connect. computer sees the device etc. also FP doesnt run with board pluged in but runs with old tuned rom. any ideas. i have read through all the diag guide etc. think i am just missing something.

sounds like your board isnt installed properly if no fuel pump. check all your connections on 4 pin connector. make sure the plugs are in the right way
