Post by bj226 »

What on earth does ticking those boxes at the DTC Filter mean? Activate that ECU function or the contrary???

Registry 1

Idle Switch
Fuel Pump
Ignition Signal
Speed Sensor
Coolant temp
AFM
CAS

Registry 2
Boost Pressure Sensor
Cooling Fan Circuit
Ignition Circuit

Registry 3
RHS Closed loop
Knock Sensor 2
EGT Back Pressure
EGT Sensor
Knock Sensor 1
Headed O2 Sensor
EGR Function
Air Cond

Registry 4
Throttle Motor Sensor
Injector Leak
TPS Sensor
Fuel Temp Sensr
IAT Sensor

Registry 5

BTW, What's the difference between O2 sensor at Registry 5 and Heated O2 Sensor in Registry 3??

Generally leave those filters alone. Maybe I should have an 'advanced settings' tab to hide these things... hmmm

This is for turning off items which raise a DTC fault and you dont want the check engine light showing. Classic example on R34 is boost solenoid showing once going over 6000rpm with bigger turbo on my car

So dont touch unless you wish to mask codes. The O2 sensor and O2 sensor heater both have diagnostic codes raised on some (not all) ECUs

But as I read in the tuning guide, the flag can be used to turn off the close-loop 02 feedback, right??? How can it be done??
