If it isnt a problem or a suggestion it probably goes here.

Nistune is great!

Post by amreboot »

I spent some heavy time with Nistune a few weeks ago.
I was at first trying to figure out a bad starting issue. Once I got that resolved, I started to perform "street" tunes using the A/F auto learning feature. Once I had something to where I liked it, I just picked out the random adjustments that were made.

I think I pretty much have it damn close to where it needs to be, maybe a dyno is now ready for the car.

I just got back from a mild road trip to where I averaged 27mpg in my "slightly" modded z31.

Mods:
Type 1 board on 88 turbo ecu
440cc injectors
walbro 255lph fuel pump
z32 maf
airesearch t3/t04e 57 time .63 a/r turbo
lc-1 o2
hks evc iv ebc at 21.3psi

excellent. I've done a little road testing with the auto learning feature and seems to work as expected. probably some improving still but seems to do its job
