0.10.13R input tracer

seems that input tracer doesn't filter the TPS and SPEED.

1. when i select to show let's say from TPS 0.5V and check the box , nistune shows also values under 0.5 TPS even if TPS is red flagged !
2. same thing with speed trigger , doesn't care what value you put and tick the box , it doesnt filter so always showing all data.
only the RPM filter seems to work fine !
3. the increase/decrease buttons are switched ... so "up" arrow is decreasing values and "down" arrow is increasing. is this right ? not a big deal just a bit confusing.

Input tracer and AFR tuner are tested and working against 0.10.15

great job , i will update to .15 and see how it works !

perhaps wait until I put 0.10.16 because of the VQ map scaling issue which is being fixed now
