Hi. Can i run a hitachi 22680-7S000 maf with the rb30? Do i need to do any board mods?

Yes you can run the sensor. It should work upto about 240rwkw in 3" tube, but will need
(a) Rewiring to use just 12V, GND and sensor line
(b) Remove Pin 14 of the OPAMP (Type 1 manual)
(c) Resize RB30 MAF to R35 MAF and then retune for this
