crank no start

Hello All.
I have a question. After work has been done to my car, 1000CC Bosch ev14, R35 GTR MAF, Walbro 460/450 and hardwired pump with relay, and the usual top mount turbo stuff. I have used NIStune to do the new injector dropdown menu and same with the r35 maf in 3” tube.
The car did actually start and run after this, after a few attempts a cranking. Now it will no longer start. It won’t start at all just cranks continuously. It idled fine I’m not quite sure why it won’t start now seems weird. I have drained all the old stale fuel and put fresh in. I’m quite sure it’s just the map ? Or maybe fouled plugs now ? Will need to inspect them.
Now the problem is I’m planning on replacing the clutch to an uprated one before it hits the dyno but the car needs started to get up my driveway
My question is, if I was to upload my map or bin file or whatever it’s called, would anyone be able to kindly have a look at it and see if we can get the car started again ?
I apologise if this is a bit cheeky !
Kind regards, Rory.
