Z32 NA TUNE

Post by EZR2RUN »

Good afternoon/evening to all. My car is a 90 Z32 NA. About a month ago I sent my ecu off to CZP for a chip and socketing service. Upon its return and installation my car at start up and idle has been terrible. Prior to this it never happened at start up. I have done my 120k service and new injectors with all new seals I would like to add as well before i purchased the chip and socketing service. I recently purchased Nistune and downloaded the factory ecu tune from the ecu itself and working to understand the basics and see where the problem could lie. Based off what i have seen the problem could be with my MAF and or my temp conversion table. I checked my fuel map to see if anything was amiss there as well. I have provided images of what I had looked into to see if anyone with more knowledge can help point me in the right direction. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

What was the part number on your ECU case?
What is the part number showing in the software?

Are you still running NA injectors?

It is possible to put the ECU back into factory mode just to check things.

Z32 300ZX late VG30DE(TT)
45Pxx, 51Pxx, 52Pxx CJ1 > CJ2
53Pxx J001 > J002

Reverse the jumper using a soldering iron to try factory mode. Otherwise try contacting CZP. I can only think a mismatch of ECU part number (like turbo image in NA ECU or something?)
