This release has some fixes in it

I've still got some fixes and work pending more investigation which is on the bug list updated on the downloads page

10528 Logs now only save to C:\
10529 Romulator reinit on COM port failed
10529 Code for PLX uses NOPARITY but should be EVENPARITY
10530 Increase init delay for Zexel ECU and investigate problems in 0.9252
10526 COM port on wideband resets occasionally
10533 After download, stuck at 99% and loses frame sync
10535 Problem after sync with standard consult ECU
10528 Logger goes into no mode after previous consult connection

As usual.... please let me know if you have any problems. The Zexel has been extensively tested this time after the changes. Hopefully the RD28 is supported now
