make sure all your ignition system is okay, so check plugs (for cracks etc) and leads, distributor, coil etc.

Since its cutting so bad (I had a problem just single plug) then first suggest looking at distributor (check cap points etc)

i would do dizzy and coil first in this case since it sounds more than a single cylinder affected

I've changed the dizzy with another one out of my mates car, i have tested the output of the coil with a spark tester and have even tried another coil.

This has had me stumped for a while now

Does it also misfire below the 3500 limit?

Any DTC's in consult?

Perhaps revlimit set wrong? I see only one entry in nistune, dont most nissan ecu's have like 2 or 4 of these limits?

dtcs are like netural start, air con and one other i dont think was important
it sorta misfires under that.

Rev limit is set a 6600, already checked that

If you are using the stock AFM the voltage is too low for idle.

It explains the timing being 15 at high rpm. I'd expect to see 35-45 degrees during a neutral rev to 4000.

TP load is way up, at such small throttle opening it's literally putting the flame out.
I bet your afr's go from stoich - rich - then lean above stoich.

Can you confirm which MAF you are using?

I'd be looking at ECU if not the obvious corrupt address/bin file.
A quick check would be to throw in a stock ECU to confirm wiring and sensors ok.

did you tick the box to rescale the maps when you did your injector resize?
