Or function of Nistune soft, which would be even simplerGZ@hybridka wrote:The speed sensor based function would fall into the first method (ecu mod), instead of using an additional input to the ecu via the clutch, you would use the speed sensor variable vs. a threshold to "trigger" a rev limit toggle. It just has to be made a function of the ecu which is actually quite simple.

I completely understand Matt, my comments werent really directed towards you and I should have said Nistune has potential to do launch control in the future. Just shootin the breeze.
I have recently had massive computer issues here at my place, both my laptop and secondary desktop had unrelated motherboard/cpu failures and until I can salvage the hard drives im out years of work.
Im running a loner and bored because I dont have my data, ugh.

I have try to do a simple lauche control/flat shift with nistune:
- You need a small push button (like an horn button) => fix it on the shift knob and bypass the neutral switch sensor (on the gearbox) by this button.
- When you maintain the button on, the ecu think you are in neutral and use the idle gear timing map.
- You just need to put 0 (approx. -16 of timing) past 4500 rpm and you have a lauch control/flat shift option)...
It also do a little antilag when you release the gaz ...
